Welcome to the Curtin Japanese Club. We aim to connect all students with a similar interest in Japanese language and culture. We are also reaching out to interact with Japanese Exchange Students as well. We hope to see you at our events! それではよろしくお願いします！The best way to stay updated is to follow our instagram.
About our club:
Our club's goal is to reach out and connect learners of the Japanese language, university students interested in Japanese culture and the growing Japanese community in Perth. We are committed to providing social events and services that build a connection with each other who have a common interest in Japanese culture.
How we achieve this:
- Every Monday from 2-4 pm (Building TBA): CJC Language Exchange
- Kaiwa sessions with Curtin and Japanese Exchange Students
- Great place to practice your conversational Japanese/English!!
- All levels (Japanese/English) are welcome to join :)
- Every Wednesday from 12-2pm (Building TBA): CJC Hangouts
- For people who enjoy immersing themselves in Japanese culture.
- Great place to socialise with other club members and participate in small Japanese-related activities
- E.g., Origami sessions, Japanese board games, mini-quizzes, calligraphy, etc
- External Events (in-person)
- E.g., Sundowners, Movie nights, Arcade Night, etc.
- Exchange Activities
- Collaborating (online and in-person) with different organisations- Jet Program, Himeji Cultural and International Exchange Foundation, etc.
- Membership Discounts
- Receive discounts from Hifumiya, TienTien Yogurt, Shumi Shop and CosmeHut!

- Online quizzes and language learning community on our discord channel
